Klavo with green transformation grant

Dofinansowanie
We are proud to announce that Klavo – a social economy entity – has received a grant of €6,700 gross under the SKI.F.T. – Skills for Transition project, which aims to support the development of employees' competencies in the process of just transition. For us, this is not only financial support, but also a confirmation of the values we stand for – social responsibility, care for the environment and commitment to sustainable development.

With the funds obtained, we carried out a series of development activities aimed at our team, including:

  • participation in specialist training in the field of environmental law,
  • participation in workshops on modern space management models,
legal and advisory consultations in the area of financing green projects.

These activities gave a real, operational dimension to the green transition within our organisation. Enhanced employee competencies have allowed us to better understand the complexity of climate and systemic challenges, which translates into more effective planning and implementation of our projects.

Moreover, the development of our team has opened up new opportunities in cooperation with our partners and clients, to whom we now offer substantive support in implementing ecological standards. As a social organisation, we are not only changing ourselves – we are also becoming an active promoter of green change in the cultural sector.

Social economy is our foundation

As a social economy entity, we place people and social responsibility at the heart of our activities. The grant and the implementation of activities under the SKI.F.T. project strengthen our mission – combining cultural activity with care for the environment and the development of competencies of the people who co-create Klavo with us.

We thank the Foundation for Social and Economic Initiatives (Fundacja Inicjatyw Społeczno-Ekonomicznych) for their trust and support. This is another step towards a future in which culture, ecology and social responsibility go hand in hand.
